Before submitting, please note the following guidelines:
  • All presentations will be delivered via Zoom; presenters should ensure they are familiar with the platform.
  • Each presentation should be 10 minutes in length.
  • Presentations must be submitted in advance as a narrated PowerPoint file.
  • Each presentation will be followed by a 10-minute small-group breakout discussion (4–5 participants), guided by trigger questions or statements provided by the presenter.
  • The session will conclude with a 10-minute plenary Q&A with the presenter.
  • Submission Deadline: July 20 at 23:30 CET.
  • We suggest preparing your abstract (< 300 words) in advance and copy-paste in this form
  • We will ask your permission to use, store, distribute and broadcast your name, affiliation, abstract and recorded presentation
  • At the end of the form there will be an optional box with space for comments

The preferred language for presentations and slides will be English. However, if you cannot present in English or provide slides in English we would like to know
