Hold Request

Hold/Freeze Policy - Members may put their membership on hold, in one pay period increments for a fee of $25 per month. Notice of freeze must be submitted through this form at least 1 business day prior to the member’s billing date and the hold will start on the 1st or 15th (which ever correlates with the monthly payment date) Members will not be billed the membership rate during the frozen month. The current membership agreement will be extended by the number of months frozen.
 
  • Membership dues will resume automatically at the end of this hold request if a NEW notice is not received 1 day before the next payment is due.
 
  • If a member decides to cancel his/her membership during a frozen month, a cancelation request must be submitted and the month frozen will be void and the full membership payment will be due at the time of cancellation, the date of cancellation will start the 30-day notice.

* 6. I understand my hold will start on the next membership due date.  A hold can not be split between payments.  For example if my dues come out on the 15th and I want to submit a hold:  It would be June 15-July 15.
