BASH2025 Question Title * 1. Your OVERALL experience of the night. Taking it all as ONE experience, rate the BASH 2025. I give it an A. Best gala I've been to in Cleveland! It was a B. Really good. It was a C. It was an average and typical gala in Cleveland. It was a D. Meaning below average and needs improvement. It was an F. I would never recommend it nor return. Tell us ANYTHING YOU WANT about anything related to the BASH... from the first "save the date" notice, to your car ride home. Question Title * 2. Please rate the valet arrival process. So smooth, well done! The usual "valet experience." Way too slow and understaffed. I didn't use the valet because I used Uber/Lyft, taxi, or public transit. I didn't use the valet because I parked myself. Question Title * 3. Rate your arrival "check in" process. From the greeters through the registration, it was fast, easy and I felt welcomed. It was a typical gala event registration. Average experience. Way too slow. I have specifics. Please add comments Question Title * 4. Pre-registration with event software (this was the option given to you to pre-register your contact information and credit card) I pre-registered my credit card before the event and it made the night (check-in and check-out) go much smoother - I loved it! I pre-registered my credit card, but it did not save me any time. I did not pre-register because I didn't know that was an option. I did not pre-register because I don't feel comfortable leaving my credit card on file. I did not pre-register because I didn't understand how it worked. Any other thoughts on pre-registration? Question Title * 5. Please tell us about the cocktail hour. Bar service was excellent. Hardly waited at all. Typical acceptable service like every other gala. Way too long to get served. Please provide specifics if you choose. Question Title * 6. Dinner time! I loved the "Grazing Station" style. I miss the traditional sit-down dinner service. It felt like a typical banquet. The video of Breakthrough scholars and alumni Best video I've seen at a Breakthrough BASH or any gala for that matter. The video was average. I don't care to see videos like this at galas. The video was hard to see/hear/follow. Please give us any other feedback/comments. Question Title * 11. What did you think of this year's paddle raise? I prefer the traditional paddle raise with a paddle. I like the faster electronic paddle raise we did tonight. I would prefer no paddle raise at the BASH. We listen, let us know how we can improve. What did you think of the band, "Rock the House LIVE"? Amazing! I danced the night away! The band was just ok. I did not dance. I prefer no band. Any other comments? Question Title * 14. How was your checkout experience? It was the smoothest checkout I've ever experienced. The checkout experience was fine. It was a really slow and undesirable experience. I don't really know because I didn't buy anything or raise paddle, so no need to check out. Help us out... comments? Question Title * 15. Almost done... the final journey to get your car. Check ALL that apply. I was totally impressed with the speed of the valet. The valets were great. It took way too long for them to bring me my car. I didn't use the valet.
