The County of Lennox and Addington is the Consolidated Municipal Services Manager (CMSM) for the Counties of Prince Edward and Lennox and Addington. The Children’s Services Division of Prince Edward-Lennox and Addington Social Services (PELASS), in partnership with your school boards, is seeking to identify the need for Before and After School Programs in your community for the 2017-18 school year by completing this survey.
