Babysitting Seminar Registration

Please fill out this form to pre-register your child for the Babysitting Seminar to be held on Friday, March 29th. This year, the class will be one session held from 9:00-12:00 a.m. The class will be held in the Large Conference Room on the lower level of Veterans Memorial Hospital.

Cost for the seminar is $10.00. Only the first 20 registrants will be accepted for each class.

Entrance for babysitting seminar- VMH shipping and receiving area near the MRI trailer, across from the golf course. Signs will be posted.
