🤠 June 26 — COUNTRY NIGHT
We’re looking for vendors offering western-themed clothing, handmade leather goods, rustic home décor, turquoise or western jewelry, cowboy hats, bandanas, denim apparel, custom belt buckles, boots, pottery, candles, permanent jewelry, western-inspired art, and other country or rodeo-themed products!
🌴 July 31 — ISLAND VIBES NIGHT
We’re looking for vendors offering tropical jewelry, beachwear, handmade island-inspired goods, surf and ocean-themed art, shell accessories, flower crowns, Hawaiian-style apparel (it would be amazing if someone does a build your own lei booth), island instruments, permanent jewelry, and other coastal or tropical-themed products!
August 28 — THEME OFFICIALLY CHANGED. All vendors have already been secured for this date. Please do not check this box.
🌮 September 25 — FRIDAY FIESTA
We’re looking for vendors offering Mexican and Latin-inspired handmade goods, colorful textiles, embroidered clothing, artisan jewelry, pottery, candles, home décor, papel picado, sombreros, festive accessories, cultural art, and other vibrant, fiesta-themed products that celebrate Latin culture and color!

Event Details
Event hours:
4:00pm – 10:00pm
Vendor load-in:
2:00pm – 3:30pm
Food trucks load-in:
2:30pm – 3:30pm
Music opener:
6:00pm – 7:00pm
Main act:
7:30pm – 9:30pm
Vendor pack-up:
8:30pm – 9:00pm
There are only 10 vendor spots available per theme per event
(10 western, 10 island, 10 carnival, and 10 Latin vendors).
Guest Count
Based on previous years, we’re expecting between 1,000–1,500 guests throughout the Summer Nights series, so please plan inventory accordingly.
Load-In
All vendors must arrive and set up between 2:00pm – 3:30pm.
3:30pm – All vehicles must be out of the back parking lot. If you arrive after this time, your booth space and fee may be forfeited.
Vendor Fee
Each vendor is required to pay a $65 booth fee via Square. A payment link will be sent upon confirmation.
Setup Requirements
-Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, linens, and all booth equipment
-No electrical hookups are available
-Each vendor space is 10 ft x 10 ft
-Booth placements will be assigned by the host
-Wi-Fi will not be available
-Bring lights for your booth if you have any, since it will start to get dark around 8:30pm
Additional Info
This is an outdoor market, so please plan accordingly for weather conditions, including heat and sun exposure.
