Northern NSW Local Health District Telehealth Patient Satisfaction Survey
Introduction
The introduction of social distancing measures in response to COVID-19, has seen an increased number of community members accessing health services via the telephone and on-line platforms such as Skype. These services are known as 'Telehealth' services.
The Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) seeks to learn from community members about their experience of Telehealth. This is to ensure that services provided via Telehealth will meet the needs of people and lead to improved health outcomes.
To better understand people's experience, we are undertaking a series of patient and carer interviews and this on-line survey. This survey takes around 5 minutes to complete.
People can provide their feedback anonymously and privacy will be maintained. Participation is voluntary and relationships with Northern NSW Local Health District will not be impacted in any way, shape or form by the decision to participate or not.
