The Agency for Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) would appreciate your participation in a survey that addresses the issues that many communities are currently facing. As you know, gun violence and substance misuse make up a great majority of crime in our communities. ASAP is working toward producing solutions to resolve theses issues in a timely and effective manner. The goal is to come up with long-term strategies by partnering with local community members to create innovative programs that would focus on the combination of gun violence and substance misuse. After completing this survey, you will enter a raffle for a chance to win a $500 gift card. All survey responses are anonymous and the deadline is February 16, 2023.
