About the survey
Today we are conducting research on behalf of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
The survey consists of 36 questions about the culture in your industry and organisation, and the effectiveness of policies to promote gender equity in the financial services industry.
The survey takes 15 minutes to complete and you don't need to be a FINSIA member to complete.
FINSIA has a proud record of advancing gender diversity in the workplace and has run a biennial survey since 2010. The purpose of this survey is to collect information about changes in the financial services industry since the original survey was conducted.
Survey responses are anonymous and will be used for research and reporting purposes only.
