* 3. Wages: MCMC have indicated that they are unable to go over and above the rate cap amount. We had sought a 3% increase or $37 per week whichever is greater. The current offer does not include a dollar amount and is lower than the 3%. (Please provide your preference)

Health and fitness allowance: We discussed continuing to pursue the increase in the dollar amount from the current $114.45 to $150 instead of $200 and  extending the list of items that this could be used for. The new list to include the wording: “Team based sports, sporting membership and equipment”. (Please provide your preference)

Increase to secondary care giver/partner leave: The current provision allows for 2 weeks, are you supportive of pursuing an increase of 2 additional weeks, therefore 4 in total? Is there another amount you seek?
