By registering for and attending a Rotary Club of Spokane #21 (Club) meeting, you acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or meeting including our in-person Club meetings. You further acknowledge that you have familiarized yourself with current CDC and other health authorities recommendations and guidelines on social distancing and wearing face masks in public and other safeguards and that you will follow such recommendations as well as any preventative measures requested by the Club to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 at in-person Club meetings. You further acknowledge that the Club cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 if you attend a Club meeting. By registering for and attending a Club meeting, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure and agree not to hold the Club or any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, members, agents, contractors, guest, speakers, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury attributable to COVID-19 if contracted or received as a result of attending a Club meeting.
