As the Commentary on the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct states in paragraph 194, “[…] A judge should have sufficient time to permit the maintenance of physical and mental well-being […]. The stress of fulfilling judicial duties is increasingly being recognized. […]”.

The purpose of this survey is to get a deeper understanding of the experiences of judges and members of the judiciary around the world in the area of physical and mental well-being, as well as to identify ways in which the Global Judicial Integrity Network could provide support to judges and judiciaries in this regard.

We thank you in advance for dedicating around 10 to 15 minutes of your time to participate in this anonymous survey and thus supporting the work of the Global Judicial Integrity Network!
