Help create a healthier, happier community

The Copper Coast Council and Barunga West Council, in partnership with Preventive Health SA, are inviting community members to share their ideas about what helps people stay healthy and well.

Your feedback will help the Upper Yorke Peninsula Preventive Health partnership to design and deliver initiatives that will help people stay healthier for longer and reduce the impact of preventable disease.

You can choose to remain entirely anonymous. Individual responses will not be shared with partner organisations or any third parties. People will only be identifiable if they opt to provide their details at the conclusion of the survey – however this is voluntary.
