For Booth Holders Booth Registration:
  • Please complete the Booth Space Registration / Donation Form.
  • Suggested Donation: Agencies / Community Resources: $25 minimum (optional)
  • Vendors not providing youth or community resources: $45 minimum (optional)
  • Donations help cover event costs but are not required.
  • How to Submit Donations: Mail to: LATI / PO Box 190, Morgan Hill, CA 95038 Or provide on the day of the event.
What to Bring:
  • Canopy, table, and chairs (unless pre-arranged with Dori).
  • Gift Basket for Raffle
Event Day Schedule:
  • Booth Set-Up: Must be completed by 11:15 AM (Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk. You will be escorted to your assigned booth space.)
  • Performers / Sound Check: 10:30 AM
  • Event Date: October 11, 2025
  • Start Time: 12:00 PM
  • End Time: 4:30 PM
  • Location: Community Cultural Center Amphitheater, 17000 Monterey Rd, Morgan Hill, CA
  • Event Highlights: BBQ Lunch Music & Dance Performances Special Guest Speakers Live Testimonies from Adults & Youth Awards Presentation Balloon Release in Remembrance Onsite Booth Resources
BBQ:
  • Free BBQ Lunch for volunteers, agencies, and families begins at 11:30 AM.
  • Public BBQ and Event Start: 12:00 PM
Additional Details:
  • We kindly ask all agencies to donate a gift basket or item for the raffle.
  • We will be using a Booth Passport to encourage attendees to visit as many booths as possible. Please bring a stamp to mark attendee passports at your booth. If you don’t have a stamp, a pen signature is perfectly fine.

PHOTO RELEASE: I agree, as a participant, parent or guardian of any paid or free event, class, activity, or program to grant full permission to LATI, MHUSD, City of Morgan Hill, SCFBC to use our name(s) and any photographs, videographs, motion pictures, or recordings for any publicity and promotion purposes without obligation or liability to me.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The undersigned, in consideration of participation in this program, agrees to indemnify and hold LATI/ City of Morgan Hill, MHUSD, City of Gilroy, representatives, volunteers and employees harmless and release LATI, its volunteers, representatives and employees from any and all liability for any injury or loss which may be suffered by the above named individual in this program. I have read the above application and am in agreement and fully understand that I assume all risks for any injuries received. I have followed all procedures for stated under Registration Procedures. I certify that all the above information is true and accurate.
