Thank you for participating at this year's Congress of Committees, NESPA Annual Leadership Conference and Volunteer Recognition event! Below you will be ask to select your preferences for Committee Participation at the event, as well as have the opportunity to join a committee throughout the year. Here are the descriptions of the Committees you can chose from:
Education Content Development: Responsible for selecting industry topics in need of education training, refining those topics into course outlines and content, and helping staff source information to turn topics into courses.
Education Design and Delivery: Responsible for taking new and existing courses and developing methods and best practices to deliver that content to the right audiences at the right times to maximize usage and effectiveness of NESPA Education programs.
Government Affairs: Responsible for directing and advising NESPA's Advocacy efforts at the state level, including reviewing legislation, driving member engagement with the legislative and regulatory process, and defining and refining NESPA's position on key issues facing the industry.
Membership: Responsible for developing resouces and collecting information to better understand NESPA's membership, better engage membership, and support staff in growing and retaining members in our region.
The Wall: Responsible for directing the efforts of NESPA's signature feature at The Pool and Spa Show, the hands on training at the wall. This committee will not be meeting as part of the regular Congress agenda.
