Building a sense of community by keeping Cottonwood Heights a beautiful place to live and work
The Neighborhood Beautification Awards Program was established to recognize and reward Cottonwood Heights’ residents, property and business owners for improving their properties with beautiful landscaping and improvements. We encourage all residents to nominate a residence or business with a high-quality, environmentally friendly, or creative approach to landscaping and property upkeep.
• Nomination forms must be submitted by 5:00 pm on July 24, 2020. • Nominees can include any property within the city limits. • All nominees will be judged by Mayor and City Council. • Anonymous nominations will be disqualified. • Residential winners will be selected from each of the four city council districts. • One commercial winner will be selected by the mayor. • All properties will be judged on their visible aesthetic appearance from the street.
All winners will be recognized at a City Council meeting and will receive a Certificate of Recognition from the Mayor and City Council
