Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and join us in guiding the future of the Downtown San Jose PBID!
Since 2007, the San Jose Downtown Association has managed the Downtown Property-Based Improvement District (PBID). The PBID collects an assessment on Downtown properties within a specific boundary to fund enhanced services, including the uniformed Groundwerx clean team and safety ambassadors, tree maintenance and flower planting, public art, business development assistance, and more. Through the PBID, property and business owners have had a role in helping to achieve the goal of a Downtown San Jose that is clean, safe, beautiful, and vibrant. The PBID is reauthorized every ten years. The current term expires in 2022, and as part of the reauthorization process, SJDA is seeking feedback on how it can continue to provide services that are of value to Downtown stakeholders. Below is a quick survey that should take you approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your input will be considered as plans are made to continue PBID services in Downtown San Jose.
