St. Luke's Survey on the Return to In-Person Worship |
Dear Friends,
We are currently in the process of developing guidelines for the first phase of resumption of in-person, public worship and gatherings at St. Luke’s.
Realizing that the nature and situation of this virus is unique and constantly changing, we are cautiously planning how our public worship might look when we are able to gather together. As we develop our guidelines, we want to gather input from the parish to help us assess your readiness to return to in-person worship. Final decisions about when to gather again and our protocols will be made in accord with the advice of public health officials and the guidelines of our diocese. Diocesan guidelines make clear that returning to in-person public worship and gatherings is not necessarily a linear process should the curve of COVID-19 infections rise significantly.
Please help us by responding to this survey by July 3, 2020. If you prefer to complete this survey on paper, a hard copy can be mailed to you. The office phone number is (423) 476-5541.
**Note: When we do resume public worship we will continue to offer live-streaming of our services for the foreseeable future.
**Note: In the first phase of our re-launch, we will offer Morning Prayer (with music) on Sundays, Evening Prayer (with music) on Wednesdays, and Noonday Prayer on Thursdays.
