Ok, so the last couple of months might have been a bit stressful. There's a lot of scientific evidence that suggests when you practice gratitude your mental, physical and emotional health improve. Let's take a moment and take the opportunity to do it 🤗

All right, that's all the questions for now. We do ask that you know how much we are grateful for all of you: our H.O.G. Members. The experiences we share, the memories we make, will last a lifetime. While not always perfect, we are proud in the fact that our group helps to take care of each other. 

One thing we hope you get from FX Thunder H.O.G. is this: be good to yourself and others. Take a minute when you need to, breathe, and re-calculate when things don't go according to plan. We know you have the resilience and grit within you to get done what you need to get done. Also your goodness will go much further than your judgment, and your goodness will be what makes the world a better place.
