Post-School Outcomes for Children with Disabilities

P2P Archived Webinar Registration

Thank you for your interest in the archived recording of "Post-School Outcomes for Children with Disabilities".

Understand what happens after students with disabilities leave high school and how schools and families can work together to support a successful future. Learn how postschool outcomes—such as employment, education, and independent living—are measured and why this information matters for improving transition services. Hear what Georgia looks for in its Indicator 14 survey, what the data tells us about students' experiences after graduation, and how these findings guide schools in strengthening transition planning.
We will also share practical ways families can support their student’s goals, build strong partnerships with schools, and connect with community agencies early. Participants will gain a better understanding of how postschool outcomes are used and how they play an active role in preparing their student for life after high school.
