The following survey is an attempt to find out how best nurses care for Pediatric Acute and Chronic Surgical Wounds in your countries.
You are invited to complete this survey. Taking part in this survey is Voluntary. If you complete the survey, it will be taken as your consent. If you do not want to participate, you do not need to complete the survey.
No personal information that identifies you will be collected from you. We would, however, like to know the country, region, and your professional qualifications for interpreting the findings. The completed forms will be received in the GICS office and will be given to us for analysis, ensuring confidentiality of the information provided as needed.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Please answer the questions as thoroughly as possible to give us the most information. The results will be used to help us establish best practices for wound care in the pediatric patient around the globe.
