2026 Exhibitor Meeting Room Inquiry Interested in an exhibitor meeting room for Convergence 2026? Please submit your information below so you will be on the contact list for us when we open meeting room sales (Likely early June, 2026). We will place in order of priority points and/or date and time of submission.The details: There are a handful of meeting rooms available in the Orange County Convention Center close to the A halls (the exhibiting halls for Convergence 2026) Each room is $35,000 and can be used from (8AM) Tuesday, November 3rd through (5PM) Wednesday, November 11th Meeting rooms include a lockable door, carpet, tables and chairs, company name outside of the meeting room, and nightly cleaning. Hosting companies may have one small table outside the meeting room for check-in. The room will come with one room set (of your preference) - any additional room set changeovers will incur a changeover fee charged to the exhibitor by the Convention Center Any other needs from vendors (Power / F&B / AV / Labor, etc.) are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
