Thank you for your interest in the 6th Annual Workplace Wellness Challenge (2018).  The goal of the Challenge is to encourage all participants to think about how much physical activity they are doing, how many fruits and veggies they are eating and how many hours of sleep they are getting.  Getting the recommended amounts of these 3 things has been shown to have a positive effect on our work productivity and our overall health.  They will be tracked throughout the challenge on a daily basis using a tracking calendar that will be provided.  Bonus points are also available, which pertain to spending time with family and friends, decreasing screen time and drinking less sugary beverages.
