The City of Denver's Leaf Drop program is a seasonal program offered by Denver Recycles that turns leaves into compost. Prior to 2018, Cranmer Park was a widely used, convenient drop-off location for many East Denver residents. In 2018, in response to complaints of illegal dumping, Pubic Works discontinued Cramner Park as a location for the Leaf Drop program. This continued in 2019.
We have heard back from residents on both sides of this issue and are curious about the thoughts of the greater community. Although we cannot promise to bring this location back, we will share these survey results with Public Works to better inform their future decisions.
