Thanks for your ideas and time. There are 5 questions, and completion should take 2 minutes or less.

The Trump Administration's recently announced infrastructure plan focuses on increased private investment in projects at the state and municipal level. We are putting together our annual list of the Top 50 projects in the U.S., ahead of our Blueprint 2025 2X Leadership Forum, and want to poll the most knowledgeable infrastructure practitioners in the U.S. on the subject.

Question Title

* 1. In general, do you favor increased private investment in infrastructure?

Question Title

* 2. In general, do you believe the administration's infrastructure plan "heads in the right direction"?

Question Title

* 3. In terms of your community, or cities in which you work, please identify 1-2 projects in development that you would place on the Top 50 list, providing a project name, sponsor agency/procuring authority, and location. (Ex: I-10 Mobile Bay Bridge; Alabama DOT; Mobile, AL)

Note: The criteria are that each candidate be an infrastructure project (transport, power, water, social) that could attract private investment, and that each be in development (e.g., studies, permitting, design), not yet full construction.  In keeping with another theme of the administration's plan, please also consider projects that would benefit from a reduction in expected approval time, from as long as 10 years to a target of two years.

Question Title

* 4. In terms of your state (i.e., interurban and or rural, non-municipal projects), please identify for us 1-2 projects that you would place on the Top 50 list.

Question Title

* 5. What are two "transformative" projects (borrowing a term from the proposed infrastructure plan) that you would place on the Top 50 list?

Question Title

* 6. Please tell us a little about yourself.

The conversation to double investment in national infrastructure starts now.
