Welcome to the 34th annual Awards of Excellence program! Thank you for taking the time to enter your products. The entry process should take about 5-10 minutes, however, it's extensive and detailed, so please read through each question carefully. If you need to see a list of questions before you begin, please email Stephanie Rubin.
PRODUCT ENTRY GUIDELINES:
1. To get started, print out a copy of the Frequently Asked Questions and review the Rules & Regulations.
2. Then review the entry form and compile your answers.
3. When you're ready, click the NEXT button at the bottom of the screen and enter the online entry form.
Please note: you cannot save an unfinished application and return to it later. It has to be completed in one sitting.
After you enter, you will be contacted with shipping instructions. Before accessing the online shipping information form contained in these instructions, you will need your Submission ID number. This ID number is provided in the payment confirmation email which you will receive once you have paid for your entry using our online credit card payment form. Only submit shipping information when you have complete shipping and tracking information available.
