APPLICATIONS FOR DAY CAMPS CLOSE ON 4-15-20.  WE ARE SORRY, BUT APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINES WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.

Avid4 Adventure strives to serve as many kids as possible through its financial assistance program. In order to make this possible, all Overnight Camp applications are reviewed in the final two weeks of March and all Day Camp applications are reviewed in the final two weeks of April.  Scholarship awards will be made by March 31st for Overnight Camp and May 7th for Day Camps.  If selected, you will be awarded a specific week and camp. Unfortunately, not all camps and weeks will have space available for financial assistance recipients.

If awarded, Avid4 Adventure proudly provides significant assistance for families with a household income less than $100,000:
0-55K Household Income-
Avid4 may award up to 100% of your camp tuition, but could be 0%, 25%, 50%, or 75%.

55-70K Household Income-
Avid4 may award up to 75% of your camp tuition, but could be 0%, 25%, or 50%.

70-85K Household Income-

85-100K Household Income-

*  Awards are possible at incomes greater than 100K, so please apply if your only ability to attend camp is with financial assistance.

Please note that all financial assistance registrations incur an $18 registration fee.

Please read the following guidelines prior to applying for financial assistance:

*  Please note that proof of household income via a previous year tax return and/or recent pay stub(s) must be provided only if requested by Avid4 Adventure in order for assistance to be granted.

*  Please ensure that the application is completely filled out in order for it to be considered.

*  Please note that we need a separate online application completed for each child.  For example, siblings need two separate applications.

*  Please complete only one application per child.

*  Please complete this when your child is around, as we will ask you to seek a response from them.

*  Please do not call about the status of your application.  We will contact you directly for any missing information and/or to let you know when award decisions have been made prior to March 31st for overnight camp and May 21st for day camp.

*  Financial assistance may not be applied to previously purchased camp sessions- all paid sessions are considered final and subject to our cancellation policy.
