Shropshire Council 's Autism Strategy (2025-2030) aims to promote a cultural shift across Shropshire's services adopting an all-age approach and recognising the need for a more joined-up, proactive, timely and autism-accessible offer to enable people to live healthy and fulfilling lives. The Strategy focuses on 5 important areas of service provision:
  • Health and Assessment
  • Education and Preparation for Adulthood
  • Employment
  • Housing and Social Care
  • Criminal Justice System
The draft strategy has been developed using a collaborative approach. Feedback has been sought from a wide range of stakeholders, professionals and members of the public. Delivery will involve a partnership approach.

It is important that the draft strategy meets local needs and feedback is encouraged from anyone with an interest in Autism, and from all ages.
