Applying for a place

Dear Parents


If you would like to apply for a Breakfast Club or After School Care place, please complete the form by the date given on the covering email.
Breakfast Club will be charged at £7.00 per session and limited to 30 places.
After School Care will be charged at £16.50 per session and limited to 60 places.


If your application is successful please note the follow conditions:

  • Charges will be invoiced, via Parentpay. Your Parentpay account will show automatic deductions for your agreed days. This account should be kept in credit at all times.
  • Charges can be paid via child care voucher schemes. More details can be obtained from Ms Ruiz or Ms Hanson.
  • Charges are payable when a child is absent through illness or parent requested absences. We regret that no refund will be given for absent sessions.
  • Charge waiver for long term illnesses or for a child attending regular hospital appointments should be requested in writing from the Headteacher/s.
  • The after school club runs from 3.10pm to 6.00pm. It is important that all children are collected by 6pm at the latest.
  • Collections after that time will generate up to two warnings, after which the child’s after school place will be suspended or withdrawn.
  • Breakfast Club runs from 07.30am each day and children must arrive by 8.30am. Children will not be admitted after this time and parents will have to wait with them until school opens. Missed sessions will still generate a charge.
  • Charges apply to term time only and will take into account planned closures (e.g. Inset Days and last day of term) for which you will not be charged.
  • We will give reasonable notice of any additional closure days, for which you will not be charged.
  • Four weeks’ notice is required in writing by parents wishing to terminate this agreement and two (2) weeks’ notice for reducing or changing their child’s attendance patterns.
  • This agreement will terminate at the end of the academic year, when it will need to be renewed in order to reserve a place for the next academic year.
  • The school may withdraw or suspend the provision of places if there is an outstanding debt equivalent to two weeks of the child’s attendance pattern.
  • Should your working patterns require a more flexible arrangement we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee a place, due to child: adult ratios.
  • Please ensure your account is clear of debt at time of application,
  • Applications will not be considered for any children in arrears.

provided at the Welcome Meeting in July. THIS SURVEY WILL CLOSE MONDAY 22nd JUNE 2026. PARENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED WEEK COMMENCING 29th JUNE IF THEY HAVE SECURED A PLACE/S.

As stated above, signing up to this service is for the full year with chargeable notice periods required in writing for cancellation or reduction of days.
