Youth Services Auction Donation Form
The Youth Services Spring Gala, being held on Saturday, May 14th, 2022, is our organization’s largest annual fundraiser. We are thrilled to be back in person for the first time since 2019 to mark a very special milestone as we celebrate Youth Services’ 50th Anniversary serving the community!
Your support of an in-kind donation for our auction will allow us to raise critical funds so we can address these immediate needs through a variety of programs and truly make a difference in the lives of the youth and families who rely on us. Our services are in demand now more than ever and your support will allow us to continue our mission, never turning anyone way based on ability to pay.

The value of the item(s) donated is tax- deductible to the extent provided by law. Youth Services reserves the right to use any item at its sole discretion, unless otherwise prohibited in writing at the time of donation. All donations become property of Youth Services upon donation. We ask that any expiration dates fall after May 2023. Please make a copy for your records.
