The information collected from this form is vital to assist with our effective planning at Covid-19 Alert Level 3. The number of students attending and the number of staff required is a large piece of the picture moving forward. 

Please remember that the government advice to keep everyone safe (students, staff and families), and continue to break the chain of infection, is that the best place for students is at home.

It is important to note that school is not returning to normal and any students that do attend will be supervised to complete their Distance Learning Programmes.
