Welcome!

We would like to know the way you have been practicing lately, and if new strategies and/or guidelines have changed the way you treat asthma.  First, we would like to know about your current practice and training.  Then, we would like to know how often you use the SMART strategy and with which inhalers at different age patients, as well as your preferred treatment for step 1-3 asthma. The last questions relate to reasons why you would give an alternative therapy and hurdles to prescribing practices.

The survey is anonymous, there are no correct answers; we would just like to understand how you practice day-to-day. This is not a test of your current knowledge of the guidelines.

Thank you for your time!
