Associate Member Application Form

Associate corporate dues are currently $1,295.00 per year, for the first year, pro-rated based on date of entry, and $1,100.00 per year thereafter. Firms joining after July 1, and before January 1, are required to join for the remainder of the current year and the next full calendar year at $1295.00. There are no individual memberships.

The MBA Board of Directors will review your application at its next meeting. Please do not send membership dues at this time. The Board of directors must approve all applications. You will be invoiced upon approval by the Board.
