Dear High School and College Students:

(If student is under 18 years of age, parent/guardian must complete and give consent.)

Thank you for your interest in assisting with the Life Skills classes. The middle school students really appreciate and value your insight and experience as an older student. Please complete the registration below, and we will be in touch. Community Service Hours are available to high school students if all paperwork is properly submitted. If you have any questions, please email Lifeskills@hcdrugfree.org.

Class dates for spring 2025 (all Mondays): February 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24, April 7, 28 and May 5.

16.Ideally, we would like you to attend all 8 Life Skills sessions so that you can be familiar with the information in each lesson and to help better prepare you to volunteer again for future Life Skills classes. However, we understand that you have other commitments and may not be available for all of the sessions. Please indicate below which sessions you will be able to attend.(Required.)
