PLEASE COMPLETE A REGISTRATION FOR EACH MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY THAT WILL ATTEND.
Some of the questions are mandatory; and will not let you finish the registration process unless you answer the question.
You can begin to register and come back later; but understand that total space is limited. We will be accepting people into the program on a first come, first serve basis.
This program is being held on Saturday, March 24 - Please check your calendar BEFORE registering and write the date into your calendar now. We are using federal dollars and want to ensure that the funds are put to good use. The event is from 8:30am - 12:30pm and being held at the The Harris Center - 9401 Southwest Freeway - Room 104 - Houston - 77074.
Please note - You will receive an email confirming that your registration was accepted once the class is completely full.
In addition, you will receive a confirmation email giving you exact location, map and other important information approximately one week before the training class starts.
If you would like to receive Social Work CEUs - You MUST Register as a Community Member (go to this link: http://dlnhfall2017.eventbrite.com). CEUs are NOT available for family member or self advocate registrations.
