Student Confirmation

Congratulations on being offered a position with the ArtCorps Student Worker Program from the City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture for Fall 2022! Before your supervisor can begin to move forward with your official hiring process with their organization, we'll need you to complete this brief form to collect your contact information and verify your eligibility.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Residency: You must be (a) attending an institution with a physical location in the city of Phoenix or (b) live in Phoenix yourself.

Additionally, you must also be at least 18 years old. Beyond this, there are no other requirements. Degree programs can be in-person or online. You do not need to be taking a minimum number of classes or studying the arts or a related field.
