Phoenix ArtCorps Student Worker Program
Congratulations on being offered a position with the ArtCorps Student Worker Program from the City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture for Fall 2022! Before your supervisor can begin to move forward with your official hiring process with their organization, we'll need you to complete this brief form to collect your contact information and verify your eligibility.
To be eligible for the ArtCorps Student Worker program, you must meet a combination of residency and enrollment requirements:
- Enrollment: You must be (a) actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and registered for classes for Fall 2022 or (b) have graduated from an undergraduate degree program within nine months of your position’s start date
- Residency: You must be (a) attending an institution with a physical location in the city of Phoenix or (b) live in Phoenix yourself.
Additionally, you must also be at least 18 years old. Beyond this, there are no other requirements. Degree programs can be in-person or online. You do not need to be taking a minimum number of classes or studying the arts or a related field.
Verifying your eligibility
To verify your eligibility, all you need to do is find your eligibility requirement in the following table and submit the appropriate documentation through our online form below:
|Current students||Enrollment verification or Fall registration|
|Recent graduates|| Unofficial transcript or degree
|Institution||Physical address and link to website|
|Individual||Driver's license or other official document|
Please note: If you meet the eligibility as a current student and don't have an enrollment verification, you can submit a simple screenshot or confirmation form of your course registration for the upcoming semester. If you meet the eligibility as an individual and don't have a driver's license, you can submit a utility bill, voter registration card, or other official document with your current address.
Once you submit your documentation, the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture will confirm your eligibility with your supervisor, who will proceed to contact you directly for next steps. As the process is relatively simple, you can expect to receive an email from your supervisor within one week.
