AFSCME Virginia Anti Racism Workplace Survey

AFSCME Virginia: Arlington County members are committed to creating an inclusive workplace free of racism – a commitment the county and its managers say they share and take care to promote publicly, and we plan to hold them to. 

We hope the results of this survey will give both management and employees the opportunity to understand the depth of this problem and work together to create a more fair and equitable work environment.
