Arbitration Claim – Filing Form

When there is a commission dispute, the Board encourages cooperation and communication between Principal Brokers. If a resolution cannot be reached between the parties, a Principal Broker can file an Arbitration Claim with the Board in accordance with the Rules and Regulations Governing Arbitration.

When completed, submitted and paid (filing fees listed below), the Claim Form along with supporting materials will be provided to the Defendant Brokerage.

The Claim is accompanied by a filing fee of an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the amount of commission in dispute, or the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), whichever is greater, provided that in no event shall the filing fee exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).

The filing fee can be paid by:

  • Credit Card
  • Interac Debit (in-person at the Board)
