April 21 2018 Cub Scout Recruiting Signup Survey
This a "sign up survey" for Cub Scout Recruiting Training on Saturday, April 21, 2018 (10:00 to 11:45 a.m.) at the Boy Scout Volunteer Service Center, 1800 Circle 75 Parkway SE, Atlanta, GA 30339. This is a free event. Come early for coffee and Chick fil A biscuits. Then "pay it forward" by inviting a leader prospect out who might help your Pack.
This program shares ideas and covers topics beyond Atlanta Area Council Fall Signup Night Recruiting -- but everything in the program is supportive of those nights and will lead to greater success and sustainable successful recruiting. What sometimes "goes unsaid" in that process are the essential steps for sustainable successful recruiting, starting with create a calendar of fun activities, into ways to recruit leaders and helpers, plus ways to get the word out about your fun activity plan that will attract families, with an emphasis on school and community presence (including this spring!), leading up to sign up events (both Council supported "sign up nights" and fun events).
We require "advance signup" because we will provide materials for attendees, and we cannot magically produce extra copies for people who "drop in" -- and in order to have a class, we need to have at least 10 signed up by Midnight on the Wednesday before, so sign up: if the class is cancelled, we'll only tell the few who signed up.
More details about the class are in the survey below . . .
