April 2024 - Supervisor's Community of Practice

This evaluation is designed in a two-fold fashion, one in which enables the Wisconsin Peer Support Employment Initiative (WIPSEI), a way to provide facilitators quality feedback from the valued workforce we support. Second, it provides the workforce an effective way to communicate with us too. We invite you to share ideas of areas we can improve the support and quality of the monthly Supervisors of CPS/CPPS Community of Practices (Sup CoP). These gatherings were created to provide continuing growth and networking opportunities to Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialists, Certified Parent Peer Specialists and Supervisors of CPS/CPPSs. Authentic feedback is invited and highly valued. While identifying information will not shared with guest facilitators, the WIPSEI does read and take heed of the thoughts, ideas and suggestions shared here and may reach out for further insight. Feedback is very important to our staff and facilitators' growth and the quality of the support we provide. Thank you for your time and your valued feedback!
