We’ve got a problem in the Latrobe Catchment...
Pest plants and animals are quietly destroying native habitats, harming native wildlife, and undoing years of good work.... they're also costing proactive land owners and community groups endless time and money as they attempt to turn all this around.
Pest plants and animals are quietly destroying native habitats, harming native wildlife, and undoing years of good work.... they're also costing proactive land owners and community groups endless time and money as they attempt to turn all this around.
The good news? Technology can help everyone identify weeds and pests on their patch, as well as map and report them to authorities, and track progress on management efforts over time.
These Apps are free to download and use, and available to anyone with a smart phone. This training will help you understand what each App can be used for, and how they can help you solve weed and pest problems in your neighbourhood.
In this 2-hour online workshop you’ll learn:

- Seek, and
- Snap.Send.Solve.

Presented by folks who have helped develop the Apps as well as those who use them on a daily basis, this session will enable you to walk away with real-world tips, and the confidence to start using them in the field.
