Introduction

Transpower owns and operates the national grid and provides the System Operator service. We are looking for feedback on our delivery of the System Operator service.

The questions in this survey cover three areas:
1) Our overall performance
2) Our performance across System Operator functions
3) Our impartiality in the role of System Operator

The feedback gained from this survey will inform our service, future planning and regulatory reporting to The Authority.
