Chapters are an integral part of AHMP. The information you provide in this report informs our AHMP national management group, AHMP's Chapter Development Committee (CDC), and our Board of Directors with important information about the operation of AHMP chapters. It confirms coming year chapter contacts which is vital for communication. Please be aware that this Annual Report is required to satisfy chapter affiliation requirements and to be in good standing with AHMP.
