The City of Andover CDBG Small Business Relief Program has $132,000 targeted towards small businesses that are now at risk due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

CDBG-CV Economic Development grants provide communities with funding to help local businesses retain jobs for low-to-moderate income people. The State of Kansas has removed many of the traditional application requirements: you are not required to provide a business plan, financials, or collateral to secure these grants.

FUNDS WILL BE AWARDED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS UNTIL ALL FUNDS HAVE BEEN DISBURSED.

This application will help screen for eligibility and necessary information to award grants. Please prepare to provide detailed business information including your business Employer Identification Number (EIN). 

You will also be required to submit Employee LMI Certification Forms for every LMI employee (at least 51% of total employees).
