We seek your help in selecting the best title and subtitle for Amira’s new book. The book focuses on the challenges (and solutions) for implementing effective change. The work first explains why so many change and communications initiatives and directives fail: Because we focus too much on not wanting to upset people or the status quo, because we think all things can be achieved “nicely,” and further believe such approaches have impact, when in fact no evidence exists to support such a stance and hard and challenging actions and initiatives must be undertaken in pursuit of results. The book then goes on to show how there is a way to affect change with minimal pain and maximum impact using four practical approaches.
