Albany, Georgia, has begun the planning process on the following documents:

1. 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan;
2. 2026 Annual Action Plan
3. Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

Each of these documents is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is related to the City's receipt of federal funds through the Community Development Block Grant [CDBG] and Home Investment Partnerships [HOME].
