At the beginning of this year, the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia's CEO Council for Growth in coordination with the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) surveyed the business community on its passenger experience at the airport. In light of the recent events related to the global pandemic that have affected air travel and caused an economic slowdown, we are again conducting a brief survey to better understand how travel habits have changed over the last several months and learn how individuals intend to utilize the airport for travel in the months and years ahead.
