Dear CLD Supporter-

Thank you for your interest in CLD’s 19th Annual College Prep Conference and College Fair is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 900am-430pm at the Indiana Convention Center.

To be considered for a discount code, please complete and email the attached Partner Agreement Form. A unique registration link will be provided just for your organization that will apply the discount code automatically at the time of registration. The link provided must be used for registrants to receive your organization’s registration discount. Organizations will be invoiced for each person that uses your registration link. Individuals affiliated with your school/organization will not be reimbursed by CLD to utilize your organization’s conference discount code.

We have two discount options available for CLD’s College Prep Conference & College Fair:

1.Partners agree to pay for the full $25.00 registrant fee and participants register with zero balance at checkout.

2.Partners agree to pay a portion of the $25.00 registrant fee and participants pay the difference at checkout.

NEW THIS YEAR: To accommodate the upcoming conference taking place in August, you must commit to at least 25 registrants to be a CPC group partner. If you can commit to 40 registrants, you will become a CPC VIP that include the following benefits

•Picture with CLD President
•Picture with CPC keynote speaker
•Highlight on our social media
•Prime CPC luncheon seating
•Recognition during luncheon


If you plan to bring a group of students to CPC with chaperones, all attendees including chaperones must have a completed CPC registration form. If needing a paper registration, please contact Mia Black at mblack@cldinc.org . Please note the following for paper registrations:

- Sections highlighted in yellow must be completed.

- Do not enter information about the school or chaperones in the household information section. The household information must be provided by the parent/supportive adult of the student.

- It will be the responsibility of the organization to enter all group registrations into the registration platform.

All participants must be registered by August 7th at 11:59pm to attend the event. There will be no on-site registrations the day of the event. This also includes students or adults who want to attend in place of a registrant that will not be in attendance the day of the conference. ALL updates or changes in registrant information must be made before August 7, 2026.

Invoices will be distributed after August 22nd and should be paid no later than 90 days after the event. Invoices will come from Gail Bradford at gbradford@cldinc.org.
