Living in Wayland: Today and the Future

Nearly 28% of Wayland residents are aged 60 and older.  In addition more than 2,240 residents are age 50-59.  The Council on Aging is asking residents to share their views on living in Wayland to assess the needs of Wayland's older population and assist us with planning programs and services.  The information that you provide will help us to make the best possible use of our budget, staff, and space.

All your responses will be kept confidential. Please do not include your name or other identifying information on this form. If you need assistance completing this questionnaire or have questions, please leave a message at 508-358-2990 and we will return your call. If you prefer to complete a paper copy, please stop by, or call the Council on Aging. Thanks for your participation. Please complete the survey by May 15, 2019.
