Akron Children’s Hospital is currently conducting their Community Health Needs Assessment, and we want to hear from parents and caregivers just like you!
This survey is voluntary and confidential, and should take about ten minutes to complete. The insights you provide will be critical to informing how Akron Children’s can best address the needs of children and youth in your community.
